Proverbs tells us to "Train a child up in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Jesus tells us in Matthew to "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven." That is what our mission is in Children's and Family and Youth and Family ministry -- to get our children, whether toddlers or teens, and their families involved in activities at Lord of Life, to equip them with that solid faith background that will see them through many situations in life. Children and families are an important part of our Church life. You're never too young or to old to "Know Christ, Grow in Christ, and Go as Christ into the World."
