Grow in Christ
Children, Youth, & Family
Our church school is built to help families equip children with a solid faith background through stories, music, crafts, and fun that will influence the way they live their lives as they mature—and the critical life decisions they make along the way.
What Scripture Says
Proverbs tells us to “Train a child up in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
Jesus tells us in Matthew to “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
In confirmation, you are taking your faith into your own hands.
This is a time to personally learn the freedom people feel when they Know Christ, Grow in Christ, and Go as Christ into the world.
Date & Time
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:15pm (during the school year)
Coffee with Janie
All youth, grades 7-12th, are welcome to meet Janie on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons for coffee and Jesus time! Hope to see you there! The first Tuesday and Thursday of each month we welcome people of all ages to join for coffee.
- God frees us from sin by joining us in the death and resurrection of Jesus.
- Parents and baptismal sponsors promise to to help the baptized child learn and grow in the promise that we are forgiven of sins, teaching them the Lords Prayer, the Creeds, the Ten Commandments, bringing them to church, showing them the Bible, and showing them how to lead a Godly life.
- As the church, we welcome the baptized into the body of Christ and the mission we all share.
